Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Gent Bandenservice provides the following tire-related services:

All services must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur charges.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers.

All services come with our standard warranty against defects in workmanship.

Tire warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms and conditions.

Service warranties cover defects in our workmanship for a period of 30 days from service completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages.

We recommend regular tire inspections and maintenance for optimal safety and performance.

All content on our website and materials is owned by Gent Bandenservice and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

These terms are governed by Belgian law and any disputes will be resolved in Belgian courts.
